| Mount Lehman Community Association members in good standing for at least 6 months prior to booking the event to receive a reduction. Membership costs $20 per year and can be obtained at the Mt. Lehman Credit Union or Doug Taylor Insurance Agency. |
| No rentals to persons under 25. Liquor license must be obtained by the renter if liquor is to be served. |
| Liquor license and event insurance must be obtained by the renter if alcohol is to be on the premises. |
